Items not received and still being charged with Kate fees and Chongs harassed via text about something Ive never received. I have a new # 322******** the old number on the account was 310460**** User's recommendation: DONT USE AFTER PAY ‼.

A couple different times now I have had issues with AfterPay resolving disputes and refunding due money. I have made several attempts to contact them through their only contact method and that would be through their App but its like talking to a computer instead of a person and nothing gets resolved. The have no phone number whatsoever to talk to Customer care. I feel like they try to steal money off of us. I initially used about $166 with Amazon. I cancelled immediately all but $16 and they are still charging me for the $166. Im done with Afterpay!!
