Afterpay - How do I get my refund?

Order #BBB 713269**** I returned this order to BBB for a refund. On March 21 the clerk in the store credited my card for the amount of $71.05, but I have not received the credit and it's been three weeks.

Please help me with this refund. Also, I'm still making my payments to after.
