The phone number directed you to log onto your account which is my problem. I can’t log on because my phone number changed also said we no longer take phone calls. This is only for digital response. This is the site to do it when you do go to that site it tells you to log onto your app. I can’t get on my app so I’m very unhappy and I don’t recommend this to anyone because if there’s even a slight problem you can’t talk to a human being, even after listening to the recording and following the directions.
