I'm not able to give zero stars. This is horrible service.

The customer service number indicated that you all believe that an online response is better, but it's not. I can't get my problem resolved through your online method.

Its basically non existent. I had to send a chat, which they didnt respond to for 14 hours, and then gave me a generic answer that was no help at all.

Never received my product

I placed an order on August 29 of 24 product was never received from fragrance.net. I also spoke to customer service on today zero 916 ****.

I was advised that my order was never received for them to produce the product.

I would like a full refund all monies were paid. The total order was $291.34 all has been paid except for $72 and some change, if I cannot get my refund for the amount paid

I never spoke with anyone through you. I can call Afterpay myself. Why would I call you people and get charged? Your site came up when I attempted to call Afterpay direct. I think it is all a scam. Just my opinion.

I didn't have ANY interaction with customer service. I don't understand why one day my spending balances is $600 and the next day it's $50. I've ordered shoes and other things and I've paid them all off. So I need an explanation why my spending balance decreased. I can close my account if necessary.
