I placed an order on August 29 of 24 product was never received from fragrance.net. I also spoke to customer service on today zero 916 ****.
I was advised that my order was never received for them to produce the product.
I would like a full refund all monies were paid. The total order was $291.34 all has been paid except for $72 and some change, if I cannot get my refund for the amount paid

They dont help their customers when they are in a situation to talk to a human being and then they send you to a chat and no one ever responds! SMH

I hate it. They said I bought something I did not.
They won't answer the phone. They keep telling me to call Amazon. Amazon did their part, and after, they did not.
I want my money back. I should not have to pay for something I didn't buy.

Verified ReviewerI never received my item or my refund and it's been over two months
I purchased items from an online seller named Nicoles Hair Salon, or something similar, and did not receive my full order. Consequently, I returned the items to the seller, and some additional funds were sent for the entire transaction.
The order, worth $160, was paid and I received $120. I have been patiently waiting over two months and no one has attempted to resolve this. I have constantly sent emails to Afterpay's help desk. I've done everything I'm supposed to do, and this situation has been ignored.
As soon as it is settled, I will no longer do business with Afterpay. I believe this is incredibly disrespectful to a loyal customer. I have always been prompt with payments, but this is the last straw for me. I feel robbed of $120 and I would like my money back.
I have proof, as well as additional pictures of proof, which I have included in the help desk emails and have yet to receive a response. Except for being told to wait 10 days, it has now been two months.

User's recommendation: Afterpay was not the problem until they did not refund my money. Customer took full advantage and Afterpay allowed them to keep my money and I never received my packages..

I paid Afterpay for the merchandise but it was never delivered! I contacted the store and they did provide some rewards, but I dont feel that it was a fair compensation and I have been waiting since August 22, 2024.

They transferred $1,350. I have to receive $800. They made a mistake in the transfer, and I sent the amount. They asked me when I was late in paying the amount.
They asked me to upgrade the account and pay $1,000 for the delay. It's all the company's fault, don't blame me for your mistakes

Purchasing amount
I made a purchase and typed in the incorrect address on Gilt and so they had to cancel the order and I only had $600 purchasing with Afte pay and so the customer service rep told me I would have to replace the order, and that the money would be refund if taken would be up to 3-5 business days, but now Afterpay is requesting a higher purchasing amount
