Declined transactions

Have tried to make purchases with 2 different merchants and the transaction is declined. There is no reason for this. There is nobody available to speak to. This is a HUGE inconvenience!!

Refund

A refund was done by Savage X to Afterpay, but has not reflected on my debit card yet. Transaction ID numbers are as follows; First ID number- 2708**** Second ID number- 2708**** Third ID number- 2708****.

I dont know why are you guys not letting me to purchase my order the last time order from Shein was never delivered it the order they said that the order was delivered and I was at work Icontact the police went to the rental office I didnt receive any orders and he refused to send me back the order and I contact the DHL the DHL told me to contact back to sender

You all are double charging people card with both cards on file

Your company double charged me on both cards I have on file. Please refund my accounts with all purchases I have made that's been double charged this has been ongoing for a long time.

Payment issue

I made a purchase that was supposed to be paid in 4 payments instead most of the amount was taken out even though it showed before I purchased that my payments would be close to 40 every two weeks. Instead most of the amount came out of my account and my payment every 2 weeks went down to 10 dollars.

Seeking refunds of my monies due to the fact that snickers never arrived, therefore I canceled order an want you to reverse charges to my credit card.

Sucks, I dont need you to begin with. I dont know how I felt for this parasite business, they should be illegal. They complicate things more than already is , no phone number to complain about it, my order was not delivered and I need a refund refund of my money and I cant get in touch with these people. The only thing I know is that there are in Australia.

Card update

I cant find a contact number my card was lost and I needed to update the new card it took me hours of trying not everybody is electronic savy and some need help hence you need a customer service phone number, I think I updated the new card ok on the same day you sent me a reminder for payment listing the old card so hoping you have now changed to my new card, again you need a phone contact if you have one for the future please let me know Im im Melbourne. Cheers
